Branden Ireifej, M.D. is a rheumatologist and board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, gout, and vasculitis.

Originally born in Yonkers, NY and raised in Upland, CA, Dr. Ireifej returned home to Southern California after completing his training on the East Coast. He is committed to serving his community and helping patients achieve the best possible quality of life.

His approach to care emphasizes evidence-based medicine, thorough patient education, and shared decision-making — ensuring each patient’s treatment plan is tailored to their needs and lifestyle.
